1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Supplier verification reports (EXIM VERIFIED™️)
- Factory audits & inspections
- Custom sourcing research
- Advisory, consulting, or intelligence services
- Event registrations once confirmed
- Buyer delegations & sourcing trips
Once work has started, refunds will not be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
- Service was not initiated within the committed timeline
- Written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
Refund decisions are solely at the discretion of The Exim Times.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 20-30 working days to the original payment method.
4. No Refund for Results
We do not offer refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes
- Change of business plans
- External market conditions
- Supplier behavior beyond verification scope
